UKYA Book Blogger Awards 2016 - with a really insane, massively pleasant surprise!

Hello all book loving people! I'm in a pretty stellar mood as I type this, because as of right now the UKYA Book Blogger Awards 2016 are OPEN!

And not only are they open, I made the longlist! Gaaahfdjrjsfisjihsfih! What is the world?! 

 

 This means someone out there in the universe (because it certainly wasn't me) went onto an online form and thought of this blog as worthy of recognition or praise. And I am absolutely floored!

This blog started out as random ramblings about the books I loved and a way to talk to some fun people about our mutual interests. Sadly I don't get to spend half as much time on here as I would like, but it's incredible to be recognised for the work that has gone in thus far. Here's to many more posts to come and lots of yabbering about amazing books!

I am absolutely over the moon about being on the longlist, along with 25 other amazing bloggers who received substantial nominations but did not make it to the shortlist round. If you go check out Luna's post on the shortlist, you'll see why. Such incredible bloggers made it, I'm just so happy to even be considered alongside them.
